Hello! My name is Allyson, and I am a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Hypnotist. I am 19 years old (20 in August!), and on a journey. What is this journey, you ask? Well, the journey is to live a healthy, long life by eating mostly or all raw or living food. I've been feeling compelled to do this for a while, and now I'm taking that leap!

I am eating as much raw food as I can, right now, but I plan to move on to a fully raw diet. When I say "diet," I don't mean that I'm doing this to lose weight. I'm really not. I'm doing this to live a healthier lifestyle, and I want my kids, when I have them or adopt, to have a mom who will be there through everything. I want to be an example for other young people, as well. Most people my age are going out every weekend to eat, drink, and be wasted. They don't realize that just because they are young, doesn't mean its not taking a tole on their bodies. I want young people to realize that living a healthy life does not mean eating a salad every now and then, and in between those salads eating McD's, Taco Bell, Moe's, Burger King, etc. Living a healthy life also doesn't have to be revolved around food. You just have to know what is good to eat, and what's not good to eat.

If another young person is reading this, thank you for looking up raw food, or something along those lines, because that means that you want to live a healthier life. Please read what I've posted, and see if you like the way it sounds. If you don't, don't worry. There are plenty of other ways to eat healthier than eating all raw food all the time.
